Comprehensive front, middle, back office functionality across all desks: Money market, FX, Equities, Derivatives
TreasuryOne covers all major products types, across trading desks such as Call/Clean borrowing, Repo/Reverse Repo, FX Ready, Swap and forwards. For each of these products, deal tickets, workflow, limit management and accounting treatments can be customized in the system. A powerful inventory module keeps track of all securities and their daily revaluation.

TreasuryOne Back office successfully meets the challenges of complex accounting associated with exotic trades as well as vanilla instruments. Voucher and deal entry is controlled by a strict workflow. Treasury One’s back office module also keeps track and produces regulatory and internal reports. Back office is also connected to SWIFT messaging and the SBP M3 system. During settlement of trades and securities, all related confirmations, authorizations and documents (SGLA, OMO letter, brokerage letter, etc) can be produced through the system.

Straight through processing with a robust workflow engine and advanced user security
TreasuryOne is a single system that manages every deal’s lifecycle from deal capture, approval, position keeping right through to back office verification, authorization and accounting entries, and settlement.

The workflow is constantly monitored and an audit trail is kept at all times. User access is controlled through roles and access rules as defined by the users’ organization. Deal tickets and vouchers are digitally signed for security and clarity.

Brokerage values can be changed only by designated users, and Front office users cannot edit brokerage values. Brokers can also only be paid through designated users, hence making the whole process transparent and secure.

Limits Monitoring and control
Several limit types (counterparty, dealer intraday, product, etc) can be entered and tracked in the system. Limits can be monitored live, and be checked for changes as the trading day progresses. Limits and locked and freed as deals are entered and as they mature. Dealers can request temporary, time based limit enhancements which need to be approved by designated middle office users. TreasuryOne also uses advanced calculations to calculate available limits on any given future date, hence allowing forward deals to also be checked for limit compliance before being allowed for processing.

Risk Management
Using Alchemy Risk manager with TreasuryOne activates strong risk management and monitoring of treasury activity. Risk functionality spans stress testing and historical Monte Carlo, plus intra-day portfolio VaR. Users can easily examine exposure to shifting market prices, interest rates, yield curve and volatility.

Low infrastructure cost, high operational effectiveness
A web based intranet solution, TreasuryOne is built on the proven Microsoft Windows and SQL Server infrastructure. This keeps starting requirements lower than other platforms and ensures that IT costs do not spiral out of control. There are no client station requirements, except a compatible browser, giving TreasuryOne users secure access to their data anywhere in the enterprise.
